Hi 👋
We are Bïrch. Our product is a mighty toolbox for all the things creative and growth marketing teams do — content creation, collaboration, and ad campaigns, all in one place. We’ve been in the game for over 9 years, trusted by 800+ companies and more than 5,500 marketers. With billions in ad spend running through our platform, we’re not just keeping up, we’re one of Meta’s fastest-growing partners and officially backed by both Meta and Google. Recently, we rebranded from Revealbot to Bïrch, and we wrote about this transformation journey here.
Why do we need to hire a Product Manager? Last year, in partnership with Meta, we launched Bïrch Hub, a simple and friendly server-side tracking tool for ads. Hub has since reached product–market fit and now has a strong volume of traffic. The next step is turning that traffic into paying users. To do that, we need to build missing features and integrations, and make Hub a core part of the Bïrch product. Until now, ownership of this area has been shared across product leadership, which worked at earlier stages but no longer does. We’re now looking for a dedicated product owner with a strong business mindset who can take full end-to-end responsibility, drive the product direction, and turn it into real product impact.
🌍 Who are we?
We’re a remote-first team of friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We’ve built one successful product and now transitioning to a broader vision. We hire globally and love meeting offline: last two years we were in Barcelona, the year before in Istanbul. Here’s our team’s Instagram that can show you more of who we are. We are a spicy mix of different cultures and backgrounds.
Requirements
🧑🎤 Who are you?
We’re looking for a Product Manager who thinks beyond individual features or UI decisions and takes ownership of how the product goes to market. This includes deciding which integrations to build, which partnerships to pursue, and how the product is positioned and adopted. For this role, marketing thinking is just as important as product and UX. For this you will need:
-
A strong understanding of marketing attribution and tracking, with hands-on experience in this space.
-
Confidence working at the intersection of Product and Marketing, ideally coming from a marketing, AdTech, or MarTech background.
-
Clear examples of building or scaling products or large features, whether that’s a new product, a new direction, or a complex technical solution.
-
A strong business mindset, with the ability to understand customers, speak their language, and turn real problems into clear product solutions.
-
Comfort owning a large and complex scope, and taking responsibility end to end.
-
A startup mindset and a high level of autonomy, feeling comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn loose direction into a clear plan without close management.
✍🏼 What will you do?
You’ll work with a small product squad consisting of one backend engineer and shared frontend and design support, fully owning the product and its direction. Your goal is to turn Bïrch Hub into a meaningful revenue driver, with success measured through both qualitative metrics like conversion to paid users and retention, and quantitative impact, including statistically significant MRR growth from this product.
Main focus areas:
-
Own Bïrch Hub end to end, including product strategy, roadmap, and execution through the development team.
-
Define which integrations and partnerships make the most sense for the product and drive them from idea to release.
- Own how the product goes to market by treating marketing as part of the product.
-
Co-create and drive the go-to-market strategy, shape positioning and adoption, and take responsibility for what we build, why we build it, and how it’s launched.
Benefits
💝 What do we offer?
-
A startup within a startup. A high-risk, high-reward opportunity with real foundations already in place: an active partnership with Meta, a clear product vision to build a unified tracking layer across platforms, and the infrastructure to turn this into a market-leading product. If this direction shows strong growth, there’s room to shape meaningful upside around it.
-
A genuinely exciting challenge. A complex, high-impact problem with significant product and business potential, and the freedom to build something that can redefine how tracking and attribution are done.
-
Trust and Autonomy. We trust you know how to do your work right; that’s why no one will tell you how to do your work properly; you will have ownership over your workday, choosing approaches and making decisions.
-
We’re more than colleagues — we’re friends. Our culture is special. We genuinely like each other as people, create meaningful work, and enjoy spending time together.

⛔️ Before you apply:
Let’s be honest — working with us isn’t all fun and pink unicorns (though it is a big part). Here are some potential challenges you’ll face:
-
High risk, early stage. This is a new direction for us, with a product that’s still at an early stage and no guarantees of success. Like in any startup, there’s uncertainty, and part of the job is figuring out whether and how we can truly build something better than what already exists on the market.
-
We need someone who leads, not follows. We're looking for someone to push us forward and guide our product direction. There would be no traditional management structure or detailed briefs. You'll be making independent decisions and telling us what works and what doesn't. If you prefer more structured guidance and frequent check-ins, this role might not be the best match for your working style — and that’s okay.
If all of that is not an issue for you, we would be happy to receive your application 🫶
