Our product managers are individual contributors who operate in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments, taking ownership of complex challenges that span hardware, software, and operations. They combine analytical thinking with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to explore new ideas, turning diverse perspectives into impactful products involving bees and AgriTech.

What You'll Do?

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning R&D, operations, and other product managers to deliver on product strategies.
  • Define product objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, aligning business priorities with customer insights.
  • Drive the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products and platforms.
  • Apply lean and agile methodologies to enable fast iteration and continuous integration and improvement.
  • Break down complex challenges into manageable components, ensuring end-to-end solutions.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware products, from requirements and design to development, manufacturing, and post-launch improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in a multidisciplinary environment 
  • Proven success managing complex products in multi-disciplinary companys 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (mechanical background preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • At least 2 years proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Open-minded and adaptable, with the ability to embrace diverse perspectives and explore creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft and tell a compelling product story.
  • Strategic thinker with creativity and a customer-first mindset.
  • High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by the role.
  • Proficiency in lean and agile methodologies.
  • A people-person
