Product Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager to help lead the next stage of BeamUP’s product evolution. You’ll join a high-caliber, cross-functional team to shape and scale user-facing experiences and backend systems that drive business-critical impact across the world's largest enterprises.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving messy problems, and wants to make their mark on both the product and the culture of a growing company. As a product manager, you’ll have an outsized influence on roadmap development and how we think about product at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle, from strategic discovery and validation to development, delivery, and continuous iteration.
• Drive product discovery with customers and internal teams, translating complex needs into intuitive solutions with clear impact.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and AI researchers to build and ship high-quality features that scale across verticals and geographies.
• Balance product vision with delivery velocity, ensuring every sprint and roadmap item ties directly to business goals.
• Establish and evolve product rituals and processes to support a growing, empowered product team.
• Influence company strategy by bringing product thinking to go-to-market decisions, roadmap prioritization, and org-wide initiatives.
• Running and steering projects, conducting market research, and user discovery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex B2B or B2E SaaS products, preferably in startups or fast-paced tech environments.
• Deep experience in building customer-facing or platform data products at scale.
• Strong technical and analytics skills, comfortable with product analytics and dashboards.
• Strong project management skills, can kick off projects, set up goals and metrics, and steer them until successful execution.
• Familiarity with client-facing features, product life cycle, design and UX principles, and launching features to enterprise-size clients. 
• Strong communication skills, including stakeholder alignment and translating technical complexity into business value.
• Strong discovery mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
