Product Manager - Barcelona

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Driver Enablement team.
This role focuses on growing and managing the supply side of our platform by improving how drivers register, validate documents, and complete activation. It ensures prospective drivers can move through onboarding smoothly through better product flows, automation, and tooling. The position influences conversion, activation speed, and operational efficiency across our driver onboarding processes.

You’ll own a critical product area at the intersection of driver registration and document validation automation. This includes building and improving tools and experiences that help individual drivers register and get on the road quickly.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Driver Onboarding & Acquisition

• Own the end-to-end driver registration flow, from sign-up to first trip.
• Identify and address drop-offs, friction points, and delays using data and feedback.
• Improve conversion through better UX, automation, and ops collaboration.
• Experiment with product flows and incentive strategies to drive sign-ups and activations.

 Document Verification & Automation

• Streamline document validation to be faster and more reliable.
• Expand automation across the full document lifecycle, from extraction (OCR), to validation against rules, to real-time error detection. 
• Collaborate with compliance and machine learning teams to scale automation.
• Reduce the need for manual review while maintaining accuracy and trust

Internal Tools

• Enhance the tools used by our ops teams to monitor and support drivers, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.

 Product Execution

• Bring meaningful business impact
• Drive discovery, delivery, and iteration across multiple user segments.
• Prioritize ruthlessly based on impact, effort, and operational alignment.
• Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, ops, and other teams.
• Maintain a clear roadmap and ensure stakeholder visibility and alignment.
  
  

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• • 5+ years of experience Product Manager Experience 
  • Experience with dual-track (delivery & discovery)
  • Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
  • Background in building user-facing mobile products
  • Ideally, experience designing registration or sign-up flows
  • Ideally, experience working with data scientists or AI-powered products
  • Proactive, showing ownership
  • Positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Bias toward action
  • Fluent in English (must)
