The Role

AXS is looking for an Enterprise B2B Product Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ, or Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for certain product(s) from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. You will contribute to the future product direction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and making recommendations. You will participate in the product and feature discovery process, help elicit requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business goals. 

 

What You’ll Do?

  • Understand the opportunities that the business and its fans desire by conducting research, gathering feedback from customers, and analyzing the product landscape.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Finance, Client Services, Marketing) to identify features for the roadmap by measuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Use product management knowledge and experience to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Prepare product documents and support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and launches for new products by leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions.
  • Evangelize and communicate the value of company products and services.
  • Participate in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and tactical activities throughout the product life cycle.
  • Coach and train junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

 

What Will You Bring?

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Product Management Role.
  • Experience with the Discovery process: collecting qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Able to demonstrate the product management discipline when working on projects.
  • Skilled in building products that scale and meet customer needs.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the product marketing/launch process.
  • Familiarity with standard development tools such as Jira, Figma, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills within a highly demanding environment.

 

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (such as sports, venue management, or hospitality). 
  • Product Management experience in a large scale Enterprise B2B environment.

 

Pay Scale: $93,047.40- $130,000

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
