Definitive Health is building a market-leading digital audience business that enables healthcare brands, agencies, and platforms to activate high-quality HCP and consumer (DTC) audiences across the AdTech ecosystem. We are expanding our product team and hiring an AdTech Platform Manager to support the execution and scaling of our digital audience products. This role will own the roadmap and performance of a core audience measurement/optimization platform while leading end-to-end execution of our audience product lifecycle.
This role is ideal for a mid-level Product Manager with strong AdTech and data platform fluency who is comfortable operating independently and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who has strong AdTech and data fluency. You will work closely with other Product Managers supporting Digital Audiences to help build, maintain, and distribute audience products across the AdTech ecosystem.
Role Summary
The Product Manager, Audience Platforms & Taxonomy owns the roadmap, execution, and operational health of one of Definitive Health’s audience activation platforms, in addition to supporting the broader digital audience portfolio.
You will drive prioritization decisions, define requirements, and ensure audience products are built correctly, refreshed on time, documented properly, and live across partner platforms.
This is a highly cross-functional role working with Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnership Sales, Operations, and external AdTech platform partners. You will act as both Product Manager and Product Owner for your platform, translating business strategy into technical execution.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
