Product Manager, Application Security

About the Role: 

The ideal Product Manager, Application Security Products will have the experience and drive to help shape our AppSec product strategy to build and refine a portfolio of products that show market leading customer value. As a Product Manager, you will regularly: 

• Study the broader state of AppSec to understand customer needs, emerging threats, competitive challenges, and market opportunities 
• Create plans for products and features that will address AppSec market needs 
• Collaborate with R&D teams to deliver AppSec products using Agile/Scrum methodology 
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to explain compelling customer value 
• Talk to customers and prospects about the products you cover 
• Produce roadmap decks and videos for internal and external audiences
• Write thought-leadership articles on AppSec topics
• You must be comfortable making strategic plans and tactical decisions, and you must be able to justify and clearly explain your resulting prioritizations. 

What you will bring: 

• BS in Computer Science or engineering/technical field or equivalent job experience  
• 5 years of experience in product management, software development, or technical product support 
• Interest in AI, AppSec, cryptography, or cybersecurity 
• Excellent people and collaboration skills even in challenging customer interactions 
• Passion to lead teams to build innovative AppSec products 
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills  
• Excellent presentation skills  
• Drive to push past yesterday’s limits 
• LOCATED IN LITHUANIA

The current salary range for this specific job is estimated to be €65,000-75,000. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
