Product Manager, API Suite
TLDR
Lead the strategy and execution of Yellow Card's API products to enhance integration for developers and Treasury Portal users in the rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.
About us
Yellow Card is the largest and first licensed Stablecoin-based infrastructure provider, operating in 20 African countries and the emerging markets. Our mission is to empower businesses of all sizes, making it easier for them to make international payments, protect their financial assets, manage their treasury function, and access hard currency liquidity.
We are creating “financial infrastructure that works”, disrupting the financial services industry by offering innovative solutions designed to meet the distinct needs of – and real-world challenges faced on a daily basis by – our customers. Leveraging the power of Stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar (e.g., USDC, USDT, and PYUSD), we deliver our innovative solutions through our commercial trading function and our B2B products (our Payments API and Treasury Portal).
About the Role
The Product Manager, API Suite, is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of Yellow Card's API products that enable institutional customers to integrate our Stablecoin infrastructure into their applications and workflows. This role owns the complete experience for both developers (who build integrations) and Treasury Portal users (who configure and manage those integrations), ensuring our APIs are intuitive, well-documented, reliable, and deliver exceptional product experience.
You will be the voice of both customer types, translating their needs into product requirements while partnering closely with the engineering team to ensure backend services are exposed through well-designed APIs. You'll own the API product roadmap, developer documentation, integration tooling, Treasury Portal configuration interfaces, and all touchpoints in the integration journey.
Reporting to the Director of Product Experience, this role requires a unique blend of technical depth, developer empathy, and product management expertise to build API products that developers love and businesses depend on.
