Product Management Intern

We’re seeking a Product Management Intern to help shape the future of internal technology at MongoDB. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing the value of SaaS applications, eliminating redundancies, and developing strategic roadmaps for internal product management to drive greater efficiency and security across our global workforce.

What we are looking for in you

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.  
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assess and optimize technology stacks and internal processes.
• Interest in internal product management and internal technology, particularly in evaluating SaaS applications to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives, whether through coursework, internships, clubs, or similar experiences.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to gather stakeholder input, translate feedback into actionable insights, and drive process improvements.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and internal product strategy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
• Leverage data and analytics to track system performance, measure success, and make informed decisions on product changes or enhancements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
