Support the Product team in researching, implementing, and optimizing AI tools and workflows to enhance product management efficiency, accelerate design processes, and improve overall team productivity. This role will focus on building upon existing AI progress, identifying automation opportunities, and establishing scalable processes for AI integration across Product and Design development workflows..

What you will do:

• Build upon existing AI initiatives and systematically expand implementation across payments workflows
• Research and evaluate AI tools specifically for payments product management and design
• Collaborate with Engineering interns to explore technical AI integrations and share learnings
• Document and scale successful AI processes for broader team adoption
• Analyze payments-specific workflow bottlenecks and propose AI-driven solutions
• Support data collection and analysis for payments product decisions using AI tools
• Create training materials and best practices for sustained AI adoption
• Operate within company AI safety, data privacy, and vendor security guidelines; document data flows for any tool

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in AI/ML applications in product management
• Basic understanding of product management principles and design thinking
• Interest in fintech/payments domain (experience not required)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic SQL)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Legally authorized to intern in Singapore for 6 months; enrolled in a degree program during the internship..
