Our Program
Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a foundational global initiative focused on developing talent for ION’s growing operations around the world. The program provides an opportunity for outstanding college graduates to start a career in a dynamic and fast paced global FinTech firm.
Analysts will spend the first 18 months of their career in 3 unique, 6-month rotations in Product Management, Support and Deployment. At the end of their 3 rotations, analysts will transition into a Product Management Analyst role in our Uniondale or Houston office.
What You'll Do
As an LDP, you will be working at the forefront of the FinTech industry in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts. After going through our thorough induction program, you will quickly be expected to take ownership of challenging projects that make a real difference to our company and our customers.
In your role as a Product Management Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in designing, building, and enhancing ION’s cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s most influential organizations—including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 companies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to turn ideas into impactful products that transform their business operations.
• Analyze product usage data to uncover trends and insights that drive decisions
• Translate client requirements into detailed user stories for software development
• Contribute to product strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market plans that shape our competitive edge
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with customers to uncover manual processes and identify exciting opportunities for automation and optimization
General Responsibilities
Solve complex business challenges and communicate solutions clearly to internal teams and ION clients
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, business requirements, and how they interact with ION products
Leverage data-driven insights to support subject matter experts in conducting market research and analysis
Partner with product managers to prioritize requirements based on financial, technical, and operational considerations
Translate user requirements and functional gaps into detailed user stories aligned with the application’s technical architecture
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure enhancements are delivered accurately and consistently
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline complex processes for both internal teams and customers
Exercise attention to detail in all aspects of performance
Multi-task and think critically under pressure

Basic Qualifications
Winter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation
3.3 GPA or above (transcript required)
STEM, Business, or Economics degrees required
Authorization to work in selected country without restriction or need for sponsorship
Demonstrated leadership potential both in and out of the classroom
Demonstrated interest in finance and/or technology industries, including one or more relevant internship experiences
Passion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning and challenging mindset
Motivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem
