Position: Product Listing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across internal systems and online platforms
- Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization
- Upload, update, and audit product information including specifications, pricing, SKUs, and compliance details
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, marketing, and operations) to ensure accurate product setup
- Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain listing integrity
- Troubleshoot listing issues and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Analyze product data using Excel to identify gaps, errors, or optimization opportunities
- Support new product launches from a technical setup perspective
- Ensure alignment of product information across multiple platforms and databases
- Maintain documentation and process improvements for listing workflows

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation, basic analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
