We are looking for an exceptionally talented Trade and Regulatory Compliance Product Lead to join the Product Management Group in our Hyderabad & Bangalore office. This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to specify, develop, and implement the firms’ infrastructure and new middle-and-back-office applications.

This position offers exciting opportunities to bridge product management and client relationship management; and to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Own Product Vision & Roadmap: Drive the strategic vision for a global share disclosure reporting product, owning the complete lifecycle from requirements through execution. Create and maintain a prioritized backlog incorporating ROI analysis and product effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Define Regulatory Workflows: Design end-to-end workflows for regulatory disclosure filings across multiple jurisdictions (US SEC, UK FCA, EU ESMA, etc.).
  • Translate Specifications into Product: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product specifications into design and implementation while maintaining clear communication on project plans, release notes, and comprehensive product documentation.
  • Execute Hands-On Technical Work: Actively engage with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) for data integration, perform complex data manipulation using SQL and Python, and build interactive dashboards using Google Looker. Prototype features, validate calculations and data accuracy, and troubleshoot issues for filing integrity.
  • Manage Stakeholder Communication & Feedback: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, operations teams, and compliance officers. Conduct product demos and training sessions, gather and synthesize feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Market & Regulatory Landscape: Stay on top of the dynamically evolving business environment by tracking regulatory technology (RegTech) trends, conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities to maintain market leadership.

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in investment management domain or developing/managing software technology products, with demonstrated expertise in data products or SaaS platforms in financial services, preferably in regulatory reporting or post-trade operations.
  • Regulatory Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of global share disclosure regulations including Form 13F, 13G/D, Schedule 13D, UK Takeover Code (Rule 8), EU Short Selling Regulation (SSR), and other regimes.
  • API & Data Integration Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with APIs including experience consuming, testing, and integrating RESTful APIs including the ability to read and understand technical documentation, data schemas, and API specifications to orchestrate complex data workflows.
  • Data Manipulation & Analysis Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python) for data transformation and analysis.
  • Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Demonstrated expertise building dashboards and reports using Google Looker or similar tools.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to articulate viewpoints and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A distinguished academic background and a strong passion for working in a high-tech software development environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
