Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Availability: Able to commit to 3-5 days per week.
  • Passion for Games: A deep interest in mobile gaming trends and experience playing various genres.
  • Technical Curiosity: Basic knowledge of the Unity Editor and a strong motivation to develop further in this area.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) tools like Excel, Notion, and Figma.
  • AI Enthusiast: Curious about exploring and using AI tools to enhance game development workflows.
  • Team Player: Comfortable with remote working and collaborating with visual, programming, and product teams.

What You Will Learn & Do

  • Production Cycle: Participate in the entire process, from creative brainstorming to product release.
  • Level Design: Get hands-on experience in building game levels and creating simple prototypes.
  • Product Insights: Learn to analyze user needs and interpret data to improve the overall game experience.
  • Iterative Design: Help design, test, and maintain casual gaming products in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Ability to share previous game ideas, small projects, or a Game Design Document (GDD) you have worked on.
