What we’re looking for…

We’re looking for a Product Innovation Technologist to play a critical role in our Alcohol Team by helping bring our innovation plans to fruition, collaborating in new and existing product development projects and gaining exposure across the business right up to Managing Director level.



As our Product Innovation Technologist you will...

  • Develop new and existing formulations with the NPD manager and organise sample tastings.
  • Coordinate gold standard sampling, attend factory trials, and visit manufacturing sites.
  • Review and update product and raw material specifications.
  • Support technical projects, complete customer forms, and maintain customer databases.
  • Track customer complaints with the Quality Manager and ensure high quality product standards.



What you’ll bring...

  • A passion for innovation and willingness to learn. 
  • Minimum 1 year experience within an NPD department in the food manufacturing industry. Experience with beverages and alcoholic drinks is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Degree in Food Science or related discipline or equivalent technical experience.
  • A good understanding of good manufacturing practices and food quality assurance systems. HACCP Level 2 highly desirable.
