About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Intern to support ongoing product innovation initiatives across internal projects and client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from early discovery and problem framing to requirements definition, wireframing, and client-facing presentations.
You’ll work closely with marketing, strategy and business stakeholders, helping transform problems and user needs into clear, actionable product artifacts.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Intern, you will support product innovation projects by:
Product Discovery & Research
· Assisting with client and user discovery activities (interviews, workshops, surveys, desk research).
· Helping synthesize insights into problem statements, opportunity areas, and value hypotheses.
· Documenting user needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Product Definition & Documentation
· Supporting the creation of business requirements documents and functional specifications.
· Translating high-level ideas into clear, structured product requirements.
· Maintaining product documentation and ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
Wireframing & UX Support
· Creating low-fidelity wireframes to explore concepts and flows.
· Supporting or creating high-fidelity wireframes in tools like Figma (or similar).
· Iterating on designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Client & Stakeholder Support
· Helping prepare client presentations, decks, and visual narratives.
· Supporting workshops, demos, and product reviews.
· Taking structured notes and converting discussions into actionable next steps.
What We’re Looking For
Required
· Currently studying or recently graduated in Engineering, Product Management, UX/UI, Business, Design, or a related field.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to structure information clearly and logically.
· Comfort working with ambiguity and early-stage ideas.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Familiarity with product discovery frameworks (Design Thinking, Jobs To Be Done, Lean, etc.).
· Basic experience with wireframing tools (Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, etc.).
· Experience documenting requirements or user stories.
· Interest in digital products, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
Nice to Have
· Prior exposure to client-facing work or consulting environments.
Tools You May Work With
· Figma (or similar design tools)
· Microsoft Word / PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
· Miro (for workshops and ideation)
· Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
