As a Product GTM Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind product releases, ensuring optimal go-to-market strategies and operational success across teams.
GTM strategy execution: Own the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle for your assigned portfolio. You’ll ensure a clear strategy is defined and hold stakeholders accountable for executing it with excellence.
Operational readiness: Bridge the gap between product management and our client-facing teams (sales, client success, marketing). You ensure the "field" is fully enabled, trained, and equipped to bring new value to our clients.
Strategic advisory and insight: Act as a consultant to the product organization. You’ll provide a critical eye on the strength of GTM plans and proactively identify the "path forward" when technical or operational hurdles arise.
Outcome accountability: Move beyond "getting it out the door." You will define and measure the success of a release based on value realization- gauging whether we achieved the adoption and impact goals we set.
Risk and roadblock management: Serve as the "early warning system" for the portfolio. You must be comfortable having difficult conversations, surfacing potential failures early, and working with teams to pivot as necessary.
Lifecycle optimization: Continuously evaluate our product lifecycle (PLC) and GTM processes to uncover efficiencies that accelerate delivery and improve the quality of our releases.
Commercial and product acumen: 4+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or product operations. You understand how to translate a product feature into a market-ready offering.
Strategic influence: Proven ability to drive results and build trust across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.
Outcome-driven: You focus on results (revenue, adoption, efficiency) rather than just deliverables (documentation, meetings).
Fearless communication: You aren't afraid to speak up when a plan is lacking or a deadline is at risk. You can break down complex problems into discrete, manageable workstreams for yourself and others.
Detail-oriented and adaptive: You understand the short and long-term impact of decisions and have the ability to pivot quickly to ensure the best business outcomes.
Experience with coordinating new SKU development or pricing/packaging.
Expertise with product usage tools (Pendo, Fullstory).
Experience with data analysis and post-launch performance tracking.
