Job Description: We are looking for a collaborative individual with a get-things-done mindset who can take our student experience to new heights. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process & data-driven, good at stakeholder management, and passionate about customer success. He/ She should be proficient in building out new processes and procedures that make our business run smoother, quicker, and smarter while thriving in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities :
● Work on strategy and execution for the Growth function, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets to achieve company growth goals
● Cross-company and team collaboration including experience working with product and revenue operations leaders
● Understanding of product enhancements/initiatives and procedures and the ability to create a do-anything environment necessary to support organizational goals
● Creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term and lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets
● Using data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness as
well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth

- Upon successful completion of the internship, a full-time opportunity may be extended based on your performance during the internship period.
