We are looking for a Product Expert who acts as a key connector between our customers, our product, and our internal teams. In this role, you help ensure that Rydoo’s product delivers real value by deeply understanding customer needs, translating them into actionable insights, and enabling teams across the company to support and adopt our solutions effectively.
You combine strong product understanding with clear communication and collaboration. You collaborate with Product and Engineering as our customers’ advocate, ensuring through data-driven insights that Rydoo meets or exceeds customer expectations. At the same time, you communicate with and educate other people at Rydoo about relevant product updates and changes, which enables them to deliver the best-in-class service.
