We are currently looking for a Product Experience Lead Designer to join our team and collaborate on strategic, high-impact projects for a global technology client, working within an international product organization and shaping the end-to-end experience for complex hardware–software–service ecosystems.

Important: This position follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.

Requirements

-What will your day to day be like?-

You will:

Customer & Field Research

  • Conduct field research with B2B customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points and opportunities across hardware, software, control panels and services.

  • Translate insights into prioritized, actionable experience opportunities.

Experience Strategy

  • Define user-centered experience strategies that address key customer problems while aligning to product and business goals.

  • Shape the holistic end-to-end experience across physical, digital and service touchpoints.

Hands-On Design Delivery

  • Deliver production-ready UX/UI, interaction models, ergonomic guidelines and industrial design recommendations.

  • Ensure design coherence, scalability and quality across the product portfolio.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Assurance and Program teams to ensure cohesive execution.

  • Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and co-creation activities to accelerate delivery.

Evaluation, Quality & Impact

  • Validate concepts and delivered solutions through customer research, field data and key UX KPIs.

  • Monitor adoption, quality and business impact; continuously iterate and improve.

-What are we looking for?-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of relevant design experience, including leading design initiatives or managing cross-functional projects.

  • Strong experience in user research within B2B or technical environments.

  • Proven ability to deliver both digital and/or physical product design solutions.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, PowerPoint, analytics platforms and AI tools applied to design.

  • Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder alignment and facilitation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with passion for quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
