Product Engineer

(Remote — Americas or Europe)

Nango (YC W23) is a developer infrastructure company and the leading provider of API access for agents and apps. It enables AI applications to connect to the real world through integrations.

More than 200 paying customers rely on Nango today, including Replit, Linux, and Vapi. We are a YC-backed, multi-million ARR company with a team of 10 from AWS, Snyk, Netlify, Uber, Samsara, and more.

We are hiring a Product Engineer to build high-quality full-stack product experiences while working closely with customers and the business. This is a highly technical, high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own important full-stack product features that help Nango grow and customers succeed.

• Take projects from start to finish: understanding the problem, shaping the solution, shipping it, and improving it over time.

• Work on core parts of the product like onboarding, key workflows, developer experience, and monetization.

• Track how features perform, learn from real usage, and keep iterating after launch.

• Spend a lot of time close to customers through calls, pairing sessions, and feedback, to understand what they need and help them move faster.

• Work closely with the whole team: engineering, product, growth, and customer success.

• Help make Nango easier to adopt, share, and expand inside customer teams.

• Take real ownership and move quickly in a small, fast-moving company.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong frontend focus.

• Strong product sense and good taste for interfaces, UX, and overall quality.

• Very comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web development.

• Will to work directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real problems.

• Interest in the business side too: what drives adoption, retention, and growth.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Low ego, practical, and proactive. You take responsibility and help the team move forward.

• Comfortable working with a lot of independence and some ambiguity.

• Bonus: Experience at high-growth startups.

• Bonus: Experience building developer tools.

• Bonus: Prior founder or early-stage startup experience.
