Product Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Product Engineer to strengthen our ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonika’s devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product.

In this role, you will:

Take full responsibility for products — from their launch into production, through stabilization, to final mass production.

• Make sure that the product is manufacturable by meeting cost, timing, and quality targets.
• Act as a key coordinator between departments and clients, addressing production matters and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Enhance mass production throughput by implementing changes in products and production processes.
• Oversee production documentation updates and prepare necessary files for smooth production.
• Research and apply production innovations to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Guide, inspire, and empower a team of professionals to achieve success.

Requirements

What we expect of you:

• Product engineer or product manager experience, with demonstrated abilities in project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across diverse international teams.
• Commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes and results.
• Analytical skills to identify and address bottlenecks in manufacturing processes.
• English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of industry-specific standards (automotive, medical, military) would be beneficial.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 24 Eur/h (~3024 Eur – 4032 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
