Product Education & Enablement Lead

Location: Remote

Compensation: $95k-120k

Ready to revolutionize the way people learn and interact with cutting-edge technology? ARIVE is on the lookout for a creative and passionate Product Education & Enablement Lead to transform our platform's education, training, and release content into engaging and impactful experiences.

In this role, you'll empower our customers, prospects, and internal teams (sales and support) with the knowledge they need to maximize their use of the ARIVE platform. You will spearhead product education and learning initiatives, including creating engaging training content, managing platform education and release notes, implementing digital onboarding tools for clients, and developing academic curricula to drive deeper product feature adoption using best-in-class e-learning tools. Join us and make a meaningful impact alongside some of the industry's brightest minds!

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker from the mortgage industry with a passion for client advocacy, expertise in digital learning and adoption tools, and a proven track record in increasing product adoption through compelling educational content. You will work closely with the CEO, sales, onboarding, and other internal teams, including development, marketing, and product, to enhance client success efforts and achieve our collective goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Modernize Platform Documentation: Own and maintain a dynamic Help Center leveraging existing investments in content. Move us to searchable, engaging, video-embedded, solutions that also feed chat AI experience.

  • Master Release Communications: Own the "Launch Day" content kit. Partner with Engineering and QA to write engaging Release Notes, How-To videos and retrofit any Platform Documentation. Ensure customers are well informed on new release features.

  • Drive In-App Onboarding: Build interactive guides (using platforms like Pendo/WalkMe/Appcues etc) that teach users inside the platform which are continuously updated. Your goal is to reduce "how-to" support tickets by delivering answers at the point of friction.

  • Internal Teams Enablement: Create "Battle Clips" - short, punchy videos that teach our Marketing / Sales team how to demo new features and handle objections. Ensure the internal support and onboarding teams have details on features as customers adopt them.

  • Build "ARIVE Academy" with gamification: Design and launch our Learning Management System (LMS) involving community outreaches. Create "Certification Paths" for Brokers and Non-Dels, using gamification (badges, progress bars, rewards) to make learning addictive and fun.

What We’re Looking For

  • SaaS Enablement Experience: 4+ years in Product Education, Sales Enablement, or Customer Success Operations. You know how to teach software to non-technical users.

  • Content Creator Chops: You are comfortable on camera and skilled in video editing (Loom, Camtasia, Descript). You can turn a boring screen recording into an exciting feature clip.

  • Gamification Mindset: You understand how to incentivize learning. You know that users don't want to "read a manual"—they want to "level up."

  • Technical Aptitude: You can learn complex fintech workflows quickly and translate "Developer Speak" into "Sales/Broker Speak."

  • AI-First Approach: You use AI tools to generate voiceovers, summarize release notes, and create quizzes, maximizing your speed and output.
