About the Opportunity

Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, while balancing customer experience and business growth
Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitor industry trends to anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, legal, operations, and quality assurance, to integrate compliance considerations into product planning and development processes
Monitor and track compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Plan, organize, and deliver new compliance products and features to the market.
Support other global product launches and ongoing product adoption
Drive strategic alignment across other teams to ensure cohesive product functionality and value proposition

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the on-chain transaction processes.
Conduct competitor & user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the on-chain transaction processes.
Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
Champion a user-centric approach, advocating for intuitive and secure user experiences during the entire deposit and withdrawal journey.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to on-chain transactions, such as conversion rates, conversion time etc.

What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of product management experience; Experience designing and building compliance KYC system or other compliance systems (sanction screening system, compliance supervision services, compliance transaction monitoring, etc.) would be an advantage.
Good understanding of the risks and compliance in the crypto industry.
Entrepreneurial spirit - Having worked in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin); ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing
Logical thinking - Displaying logical reasoning and critical thinking to analyze and evaluate complex problems and situations
High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions
Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment
