Summary: A highly organized and trend-savvy coordinator who plays a key support role in the end-to-end development of color products, helping the team bring innovative, high-impact launches to life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Keep the team updated on social trends, especially trends that are relevant in color cosmetics.
  • Research makeup trends and translate them into compelling beauty concepts.
  • Create aesthetic product mood boards aligned with current projects or to inspire new product ideas and concepts.
  • Assist in the ideation and development of new cosmetic products.
  • Conduct competitive research on product launches and maintain tracking.
  • Prepare product briefs and organize supplier samples for review.
  • Reception & organization of supplier samples to be presented to Manager
  • Doing competitive research on product launches & keeping track of them
  • Assist manager in the evaluation of textures & colors to be presented to wider team & Huda.
  • Assist manager with communication with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Support manager in cross-departments meeting to keep project aligned.
  • Become the project lead product development for shade extensions under manager guidance and assistance.
  • Maintain color and kits tracker.
  • Assist in meeting preparation, including agendas and action item follow-up.

Requirements

  • Able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Must have strong attention to details.
  • Be a make-up lover!
  • Must be tech savy and be able to create nice presenation slides.
  • Experience communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Cosmetics experience is a must: Brand, Supplier, In store, MUA or relevant degree.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the beauty industry – brands, products, bloggers, and influencers.
  • Inherent understanding of make-up and beauty products.
