We are seeking a motivated Product Development Co-op to join our product team! This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop product management skills in the areas of strategy, conducting user research, and data analytics while building teamwork and collaboration with functional departments (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support) in a fast-paced technology environment. You will work closely with the product management team, engineers, and business stakeholders to help shape and launch new features.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in defining new product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product decisions.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to design and deliver product features
Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
Actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders on product progress

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong interest in building analytical and data driven problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.) is a plus
Passion for technology and building user-focused products

The U.S. based hourly rate for this role is between $22.00 - $23.00/hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
