  • Your tasks
  • Champion users and outcomes: Keep a user-first perspective in every decision, ensuring that design delivers meaningful outcomes for users and measurable impact for the business.
  • Conduct user research and discovery: Lead interviews and workshops to understand customer needs, packaging workflows, and pain points.
  • Translate insights into solutions: Turn user and business requirements (e.g., LCA, recyclability) into actionable design concepts and product features.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner: Align on scope, user value, and business impact during discovery and ensure shared understanding throughout development.
  • Support implementation: Work closely with engineering to maintain design intent and adapt to technical realities.
  • Analyze and improve: Use data and feedback to continuously enhance usability, functionality, and overall product experience.
  • What you bring with you
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Design, ideally in SaaS B2B environments.
  • Track record: Proven experience in designing and shipping digital products end-to-end – from first concept to live product – supported by a strong, visual portfolio.
  • Design expertise: Deep understanding of interaction design, systems thinking, and user experience principles, with the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and domain experts, balancing different perspectives and priorities. You ask questions, explore options, and connect insights to create better solutions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in evolving environments, knowing when to push for excellence and when to move quickly.
  • Tools: Strong command of Figma (3+ years of daily use) and familiarity with standard collaboration and research tools.
  • Language: Native-level German and fluent English skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Background: Degree, vocational training, or bootcamp in a relevant field – your practical experience matters most.
