Duda is looking for an outstanding Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our design guild in Israel. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful team of professionals and work with cutting-edge technologies.

As a Product Designer, you’ll take part in building our next-generation website-building platform used by web professionals and agencies around the world. 

This is a full-time position with a hybrid attendance arrangement of 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be part of an exciting environment, and play a significant role in defining, building, and launching beautiful, simple, innovative, and impactful solutions for our users.
  • Contribute to the company’s OKRs, product strategy, and vision by closely collaborating with product managers, engineers, copywriters, fellow designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Own the design process from initial concept to pixel-perfect design. This includes research, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and UI design. 
  • Identify data-driven and feedback-based UX optimizations, conduct user research and testing, and ensure a consistent and successful user journey. 
  • Help shape all guild initiatives and functions, such as the company’s Design System, guidelines, processes, culture, and education.
  • Provide inspiration, mentorship, and feedback to fellow designers with their projects and professional development.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION 

  • Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in shipping products and working as part of an agile product team. 
  • Is a pixel-perfect freak with a keen eye for detail and a knack for design solutions.
  • Has hands-on experience in the UX design process, including research, ideation,  testing, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Is a team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Is a storyteller who can develop and distill concepts and brainstorm ideas.
  • Is always at the forefront of visual and UX trends and constantly advancing their skills.
  • Stays mindful of how to strike the right balance between business goals and user needs in every step of the way.
  • Is a problem-solver and human-centered, strives to understand people's needs, motivations, and behaviors and drive them toward impactful results.
  • Is fluent in Figma.
  • Has experience working with design systems.
