Role Overview
You will deeply engage in the iteration of our core products, from functional structures to visual systems. You'll work with the product design team to ensure that complex technical frameworks remain cohesive, clear, and aesthetically compelling.
Key Responsibiltiies

Product Interface & Interaction Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for Flowith’s core products. Ensure complex AI features are intuitive across structure, hierarchy, and feedback mechanisms while maintaining a fluid and seamless user experience.

Design System Architecture & Maintenance: Drive the creation and iteration of the product design system, including component libraries, interaction patterns, and visual standards. Ensure the product remains scalable and consistent as it iterates.

Product Visual Style Exploration: Collaboratively define and push the boundaries of AI-native visual language. Build a distinct brand identity that balances "tech-forward" aesthetics with high readability, consistently elevating the product’s overall texture and quality.

作为 Flowith 的产品设计师（视觉方向），你将深度参与核心产品的设计演进，从功能结构到视觉体系，确保复杂的 AI 原生产品在交互与界面层面保持高度一致、清晰且具有审美张力。不仅关注单点页面的精致度，更关注整体产品的秩序感与系统性。
- 产品界面与交互设计： 负责 Flowith 核心产品的界面与交互设计，从信息架构到视觉落地完整参与设计过程。确保复杂 AI 功能在结构、层级与反馈机制上清晰易用，同时兼顾审美表达与体验流畅度。
- 设计系统搭建与维护： 参与并推动产品设计系统的构建与迭代，包括组件规范、交互模式与视觉标准的沉淀。提升跨团队协作效率，确保产品在快速演进中保持一致性与可扩展性。
- 产品视觉风格探索： 与团队共同探索并定义 AI 原生产品的视觉语言，在理性系统结构之上建立具有辨识度的整体风格，平衡科技感与可读性，持续提升产品质感。
Requirements

Solid Design Fundamentals & Aesthetic Standards: Proficient in Figma and other mainstream design tools; keen sensitivity to typography, color, proportion, and rhythm. Be able to strike a sophisticated balance between rational structure and emotional expression.

Product Visual & System Thinking: Proven experience in full-cycle product design, from information architecture to high-fidelity interface implementation. Experience in building or maintaining Design Systems is highly preferred.

AI Product Sense & Vibe Coding Ability: Experience in designing productivity tools or AI Agent platforms is a plus. Familiarity with vibe coding for rapid prototyping and translating conceptual prototypes into production-ready product designs.

Basic Motion Design (Bonus): Ability to use motion to enhance product hierarchy and provide intuitive interaction feedback.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; maintain design quality and sharp judgment in a high-velocity, iterative environment.

- 扎实的设计基本功与高审美标准：精通 Figma 等主流设计工具，对排版、色彩、比例、节奏有高度敏感度。具备 solid 的视觉功底与成熟的审美判断，能够在理性结构与感性表达之间取得平衡。
- 产品视觉与系统思维：有完整产品设计经验，能够从信息架构到界面落地进行系统化思考。具备设计系统搭建或维护经验者优先。
- 前沿的AI产品sense：有类似工具类、agent类产品设计经验者优先。能够理解多模块、多状态、多层级结构下的视觉组织方式。擅长用Vibe coding做原型表达，并推演至落地产品。
- 基础动效能力（Bonus）： 具备基础 Motion 设计能力，能够通过动效增强产品的层级感与交互反馈。
- 沟通与协作能力：能够与产品、工程及其他团队高效协作，在快速迭代的环境中保持设计质量与判断力。
