About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to create innovative, first-to-market products and deliver exceptional user experiences. You will design reporting and analytics tools that help users:

• Understand, control, and report on marketing data

• Set up complex campaigns with tracking, measurement, audiences, and optimization

• Run analyses that reveal unique insights

What You Will Do

• Create intuitive user interfaces and interactions that simplify complex data

• Collaborate with product managers to translate technical flows into clear product experiences

• Identify enhancements, translate requirements into designs, and communicate them to development teams

• Shape and design features across all stages of the product lifecycle
  
  

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, ideally in web products with data/analytics

• Skilled with prototyping and design tools (Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, or similar)

• Portfolio showcasing multiple projects with your direct contributions

• Strong user-experience focus; able to balance flexibility, power, and ease of use

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English – Must

• Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a collaborative team environment
