About the Role:

As a Product Designer at Crusoe you will be an integral part of the Crusoe Cloud and AI product team, own impactful projects and take them from idea to execution in a fast paced environment. You will be embedded into a product area, be pro-active and take initiative to work collaboratively with other functions. You’ll work on defining the problem, conducting early research, defining the interactions, creating clear artifacts that guide decision making and execution.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Help define and drive strategic product direction and long term product vision - challenging the status quo with fresh, user centric perspectives for AI developers and platform engineers

• Own the end to end design process - translating user journeys and technical constraints into simple, elegant and shippable solutions

• Create sketches, flows, prototypes and high fidelity visuals for your features and rapidly iterate the designs based on user feedback

• Strong ability to iterate through the design process, give and receive critiques and rapidly incorporate feedback

• Ensure a high quality implementation by working closely with engineering

• Present the solutions to product managers, engineers and other stakeholders

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Cloud Platform Fluency: Product design experience with a demonstrated track record designing for cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or data-heavy enterprise products.

• IT Admin Tools Expertise: Deep familiarity with complex B2B workflows including role-based access, multi-tenant systems, admin tooling, and operator-facing dashboards that translate dense technical data into clear, actionable interfaces.

• AI-First Design Practice: A proven ability to design AI-powered products and leverage AI tools (such as Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make, or Claude Code) to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and design-to-dev handoff.

• End-to-End Ownership: Experience driving design from discovery through delivery — conducting user research, defining interaction models, building prototypes, writing content and partnering closely with product and engineering to ship.

• Technical Fluency: Comfort working with engineers and product managers in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, with the ability to translate complex system requirements into simple, elegant, and shippable experiences.

• Craft & Communication: Exceptional visual design and storytelling skills, with the ability to present work clearly at multiple altitudes — from high-level strategy to pixel-level detail — and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

• Startup DNA: Experience as a founding or sole designer at an early-stage company, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast with limited resources.

• Cloud Infrastructure Background: Direct experience designing for cloud hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, or developer-facing cloud consoles (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Vercel, or similar).

• Vibe Coding: Hands-on experience building functional prototypes or design tools using AI coding environments such as Replit, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Data Visualization: Experience designing dashboards and data-dense interfaces that surface complex metrics clearly for technical and non-technical users.

• Design Systems at Scale: Experience building or contributing to a component library or design system used across multiple product teams.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $127,500 - $150,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
