Why We're Hiring
We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our growing design team, based in Saudi Arabia. This role will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, customer success, and other key stakeholders to build elegant, intuitive, and impactful product experiences.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with PMs to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform your design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Work hand-in-hand with developers to bring your designs to life with pixel-perfect precision.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Your Day-to-Day
- Participate in standups and design syncs with your squad.
- Sketch and explore early concepts and validate with PMs and Design Leads.
- Apply feedback from senior designers to refine your designs and maintain alignment.
- Document your work and hand off production-ready designs to engineering.
- Support implementation and follow through to ensure seamless user experiences.
What Success Looks Like
By Month 1:
- You’re fully onboarded and familiar with Lucidya’s product, design system, and workflows.
- You’re actively shadowing tasks and beginning to contribute small design deliverables.
By Month 2:
- You’re confidently working on mid-level tasks, applying design guidelines effectively.
- You’re asking the right questions and gaining deeper product insight.
By Month 3:
- You’re independently delivering quality design work aligned with team standards.
- You’ve fully integrated into the squad’s rhythm and established yourself as a valuable collaborator.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2-4 years of experience in product design for web and mobile apps
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and impact
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with industry-standard design tools
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, design systems, and interaction design
- Experience setting and achieving measurable design KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic or English

Team Structure & Collaboration
You’ll be part of a dynamic product design function where each squad includes a PM, product designer(s), engineers, and more. You’ll also collaborate regularly with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership to align design work with business goals.
