Product Designer - Remotely

Lucidya is looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our growing product team! Your primary role will be to design user-centric experiences that align with business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Experience in setting and achieving design KPIs.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user needs.
• Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
