Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our product team. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, product strategy, and visual execution, with a strong emphasis on effective collaboration with engineering. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design intuitive, user-centered experiences that directly drive business outcomes for our professional platforms, CE Broker and Evercheck.​

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design for key areas of CE Broker and Evercheck, from discovery and definition through detailed design and delivery.​

• Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into high-impact, user-centered design solutions aligned with business goals.​

• Design end-to-end user interfaces for web and mobile, including user flows, layouts, visual design, and interactive prototypes in Figma, driving clarity and alignment across teams.

• Strong UI skills with a keen eye for layout, hierarchy, typography, and interaction patterns in complex, data-heavy interfaces.

• Contribute to and evolve our Design System in Figma, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.​

• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and follow usability and interaction best practices.​

• Partner closely with engineers to validate feasibility, clarify edge cases, and support high-quality implementation through thoughtful specifications and ongoing collaboration. Your working knowledge of front-end technologies enables more precise communication and shared understanding.​

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work and measurable impact on user and business outcomes.​

• High proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, prototyping, and documentation for design systems.​

• Solid understanding of front-end concepts and technologies such as React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind, sufficient to discuss implementation details, constraints, and trade-offs with engineers.​

• Proven experience leading complex product initiatives or redesigns for responsive web applications (and ideally mobile or web-responsive experiences).​

• Strong understanding of how UX and product design influence key product metrics such as adoption, conversion, engagement, and retention.​

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders in a global environment.​

• High proficiency in English (written and spoken) for effective daily collaboration with distributed teams.​

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for healthcare, compliance, or other regulated or complex professional domains.​

• Familiarity with data-rich, workflow-heavy platforms such as compliance, credentialing, or enterprise SaaS tools.​

• Experience using advanced prototyping or interaction design tools that complement Figma (for example, ProtoPie or Framer) for complex flows and microinteractions.

Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part-time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week.
