We're building AI Employees that run local businesses - agents that answer phones, book appointments, and close deals autonomously 24/7. Deployed at 100,000+ locations handling thousands of daily customer conversations across auto dealerships, home services companies, and aesthetics and wellness clinics.

You'll design how humans work alongside AI that's increasingly capable of doing their job. The interaction patterns for this don't exist yet - you'll help create them.

What you will be doing:

  • Design AI agent experiences across voice, text, and CRM - how our agents sound on calls, hand off to humans, and handle failures
  • Invent interaction patterns for AI-first workflows - how service advisors review what happened overnight, intervene mid-conversation, train new scenarios
  • Prototype in code using Cursor, Claude Code, or similar - the best ideas come from building, not just mockups
  • Ship fast and iterate with in-person customer feedback - we work on-site with customers, you'll be embedded building alongside them
  • Work directly across product, engineering, and customers without clear handoffs or defined lanes

What you should have:

  • 3+ years designing products people use daily at work (developer tools, technical products, or enterprise software preferred)
  • Experience with conversational interfaces, voice UX, or AI agents - or deep thinking about human-AI collaboration
  • Comfortable prototyping in code and shipping scrappy to validate before perfecting
  • Understand local businesses care about outcomes (booked appointments) not your Figma file
  • Eager to use AI coding tools and comfortable with design/engineering blurring
  • Background in automotive, home services, or healthcare a plus
