Product Designers at Oomnitza work across teams to define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of our product. In close collaboration with Engineering and Product Management, they research and develop user experiences, and then translate them into high-quality designs to be tested and shipped. Oomnitza Product Designers are responsible for creating elegant, functional enterprise products that customers love to use.

What you'll do
In this role you will help build and enhance the Oomnitza product by concepting, designing, and prototyping high-quality product experiences.
Develop a deep understanding of the Oomnitza product offering, its users, and the product UI to inform product direction.
Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that streamline and enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to shape product strategy and execution.
Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration.
Interpret and translate complex problems into intuitive, delightful design solutions.
Who you are
5+ years relevant design experience, ideally in the enterprise space.
A current portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality product design examples.
Proficiency in applying design systems to deliver consistent, scalable, and maintainable product design experiences.
Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
Demonstrated ability to juggle user and business needs with competing priorities to arrive at the best possible design solutions.
Enthusiastic, positive self-starter who will have a direct impact on the practice of design at Oomnitza.
