We are a core contributor to the first parallelized EVM Layer 1 blockchain, engineered to scale Web3 applications to the level of performance seen in traditional Web2 environments. Our team is composed of veterans from Google, Goldman Sachs, Robinhood, and Nvidia, all dedicated to onboarding the next billion users onto a high-performance digital ecosystem. Backed by $30M from top-tier investors like Jump Crypto, Multicoin Capital, and Coinbase Ventures, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a Product Designer to help bring early-stage ideas to life.

This role sits at the critical intersection of brand, product, and marketing. You will be the primary driver for defining the first visual expression of new initiatives—taking a concept from a "loose idea" to a polished, compelling reality. You’ll thrive here if you are comfortable with ambiguity and love the challenge of building "Version 1" of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Identity: Define the look, feel, and storytelling for new initiatives and early-stage projects.
• Launch Support: Design high-impact landing pages, launch assets, and marketing surfaces to introduce new ideas to the market.
• End-to-End Execution: Own visual design projects from initial concepting and exploration through to final execution and ship.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to turn abstract goals into clear, visual deliverables.
• Product Polish: Contribute visual design and high-fidelity polish to product experiences as they evolve.
• Tool Innovation: Experiment with AI and emerging design tools to accelerate ideation and increase production quality.

Requirements

We are looking for a hands-on designer with exceptional visual taste and the ability to switch contexts across multiple "0-to-1" brands simultaneously.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience with a track record of independently owning visual projects.
• Core Skills: A rock-solid foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Tooling: Mastery of Figma and a strong proficiency with modern digital design tools.
• Adaptability: The ability to move fast, balance creative exploration with practical execution, and handle the pace of a high-growth startup.
• Growth Mindset: An active interest in (or experience with) using AI tools to enhance the design workflow.

Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates:

• Visual excellence across brand, product, or marketing.
• Thoughtful storytelling and a wide range of styles.
• Sharp attention to detail and high-quality execution.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working specifically on early-stage initiatives or 0-to-1 products.
• Skills in motion graphics, illustration, or 3D design.
• Familiarity with (or a deep curiosity about) the Web3 ecosystem and decentralized technology.
