Role:
Newton School is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Product Designer at Newton School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education technology in India and beyond. You will collaborate with a diverse and highly skilled teams to design innovative, user-centric, and visually appealing educational products that will impact the lives of thousands of learners.
Key Responsibilities :
- User-Centric Design: Understand user needs, conduct research, and create prototypes to enhance the learning experience.
- Product Design: Lead end-to-end design, from concepts to delivery, ensuring intuitive and appealing interfaces.
- Iterative Design: Gather feedback, conduct testing, and collaborate with teams to refine and optimize designs.
- Design System: Contribute to a consistent visual identity and user experience across all products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices for innovation.
Qualifications :
- 2+ year experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in educational technology or EdTech is a plus.
