How you’ll contribute

  • Work with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, analytics, and finance to craft monetization experiences through new features and enhancements.
  • Define and shape end-to-end monetization workflows, starting from early ideas and sketches, progressing to interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final implementation.
  • Leverage customer insights to drive decisions aimed at improving conversion, upgrades, retention, and subscription management experiences.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs around pricing, plans, billing, and payments, as well as competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Elevate the design culture at Superhuman by pursuing remarkable quality in your design craft and producing consistent, high-quality work that supports revenue growth.

How you’ll collaborate

  • Partner with product managers to set the vision for monetization initiatives and build a roadmap of projects that improve revenue, conversion, and customer trust.
  • Engage with Product, Marketing, Brand, and Finance stakeholders, effectively communicating design updates to leadership for feedback and approval.
  • Advise product and engineering teammates through a deep understanding of monetization patterns and systems, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and finance to improve processes and deliver reliable, scalable monetization features across the product.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.

  • SF/NY/Seattle: $155,000 – $240,000/year (USD)
  • Other US geographies: $140,000 – $214,000/year (USD)
  • Canada: $120,000 – $182,000/year (CAD)
