Your mission: 

As a Product Designer at enmacc, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for features of all scales. Your core mission is to transform complex energy trading workflows into intuitive, high-performance digital tools. You will lead the complete design lifecycle—from conducting deep-dive research to delivering high-fidelity, production-ready designs.

Working within a highly collaborative cross-functional team, you will proactively drive data-backed design decisions and maintain a sharp focus on execution. In this role, you won't just follow a roadmap; you will actively help shape the future of energy trading by bridging the gap between user needs and technical implementation."

Your Responsibilities:

  • Product design: Design digital solutions (software) that address both user needs and business objectives.
  • AI Integration: Effectively use AI tools to speed up your workflow and improve the quality of your output.
  • Independent Research & Design: Conduct research to understand the energy trading industry and translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-value designs.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Work closely with Product & Engineering to own the design process for specific features, ensuring solutions are scalable and modular.
  • Usability & Iteration: Proactively identify, align and fix usability issues in the enmacc interface to improve the overall user experience.
  • Reliable Execution: Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of design assets and take full responsibility for the QA of your designs during the development phase.
  • Informed Design Decisions: use a based-on-data train of thought to provide design solutions to business and user problems
  • Design System Contribution: Actively contribute to and expand our Design System, ensuring your work aligns with and improves existing patterns.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly articulate design decisions and the "why" behind your solutions to the team and internal stakeholders.

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), with a proven track record in complex B2B or web applications.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing your ability to take a feature from a messy problem statement to a polished, shipped solution.
  • Figma Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components) and experience working within a shared Design System.
  • Problem Solver: An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity and ask the right questions before starting a design.
  • Communicator: Strong verbal and written English; comfortable explaining design trade-offs to engineers and PMs.
  • Autonomous & Accountable: Self-starter who takes ownership of your work, proactively seeks constructive feedback, and collaborates transparently to achieve shared goals.
  • Industry Interest: Interest in Fintech, trading, or the energy sector. Experience in these fields is a strong plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for UI polish and a commitment to maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
