Responsibilities:
Provide strategic expertise in UI/UX design, driving innovation and excellence across Binance’s product ecosystem.
Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs.
Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure effective implementation of design solutions.
Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry developments to continually improve design approaches and foster innovation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience working in UI/UX Design, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a deep understanding of user experience principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management abilities, with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for motion design or illustration is preferred.
