About the Role

As a Designer in the CREP program, you will gain hands-on experience in digital product and interaction design, working with tools such as Figma and emerging applications like Claude and Cursor. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of quickly adopting new design methodologies in an ever-changing environment.

This is an opportunity to kickstart your career at Cabify, contributing to impactful projects while developing the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic tech ecosystem. We want to hire the next experts in User Experience — true architects who design the visual solutions of the future.

You will:

• Work on cross-team, impactful projects.
• Support the design lifecycle  helping your team to deliver in a fast, reliable and high-quality way.
• Work on building and maintaining our Design System. 
• Improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency of our interfaces so they always meet user needs. 
• Design new layouts and refine existing interfaces by leveraging data-driven insights in partnership with our Product and Data Science teams.
• Produce clean, organized design files while always looking to improve on them.
• Own your designs all the way to production with a seamless hand-off to the engineering team. 
• Validate what you build using user testing and prototyping  technologies.
• Actively integrate AI into your daily workflow: using it to explore solutions, prototype faster, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate the quality and impact of your work.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and contribute to evolving best practices, helping the team improve how we design, collaborate, and build products.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Great alignment with our principles, we take this very seriously.
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. 
• Ability to work independently, while being a good team player too.
• Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Comfortable with English and Spanish.
