Job Summary:
The Product Designer (HCM Suite Designer) will support priority initiatives within the HCM product area over an 18–24 month period. The role involves collaborating with design leadership, product managers, and engineering teams to develop intuitive user experiences that address complex workflows. The designer will contribute to UX/UI deliverables, maintain consistent design patterns, and participate in an Agile environment.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and document requirements using DRDs.

  • Plan, track, and update tasks in Jira while working in 2-week sprints.

  • Produce low- to medium-fidelity design assets as needed.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to refine solutions and ensure feasibility.

  • Work closely with the design team to secure necessary reviews before handoff.

  • Communicate status updates frequently to stakeholders and design leadership.

  • Deliver work on time while adhering to client design patterns and component libraries.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience designing end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows.

  • Strong understanding of UX best practices and user-centered design principles.

  • Proficiency in producing wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain clear communication.

  • Familiarity with design systems and their application in large-scale products.


Role-specific Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and document requirements using DRDs.

  • Comfortable working within Agile (Scrum) processes.

  • Experience working under the guidance of Lead Designers or Design Managers.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.
