Collaborate closely with our product lead, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and scalable user experiences for our B2B SaaS products
Translate complex workflows and requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design, evolve, and maintain our product design system, ensuring consistency across features and platforms
Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas, support discussions, and guide implementation
Work hand-in-hand with frontend engineers to support implementation, provide design handoffs, and run visual QA
Apply accessibility and usability best practices to make our products usable by a wide range of users
Participate in product discovery, brainstorming sessions, and design critiques to shape future features
Continuously improve our products by bringing in new ideas, UX/UI trends, and best practices
Take ownership of the design quality and user experience across assigned product areas, from concept to implementation
🎉 What success looks like in this role
3 months: You are fully onboarded, understand our products, users, and design system, and contribute to ongoing features
6 months: You are designing features independently, collaborating confidently with our product lead and engineers, and proactively suggesting UX/UI improvements
1 year: You take strong ownership of the product experience, help evolve our design system, and actively influence product direction and design standards
🔎 What are we looking for?
A passionate and thoughtful Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strong focus on hands-on product design
Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-iterating environment, able to adapt designs quickly based on feedback, changing requirements, and learnings
3+ years of full-time professional experience designing digital products (web or SaaS)
Strong skills in UX fundamentals (user flows, information architecture, usability) and UI design (layouts, typography, visual hierarchy)
Proven experience working with Figma (or similar tools) for design systems, components, and prototypes
Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively with our product lead, engineers and stakeholders
A user-centric mindset combined with an understanding of business and technical constraints
Solid English communication skills, both written and spoken
Based in or near Chiang Mai
Nice-to-have
Experience designing B2B SaaS products
Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
Experience working closely with frontend teams using React-based design systems
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, component-based frameworks)
Experience conducting or supporting user research or usability testing
Experience experimenting with AI-powered design tools (e.g. Figma Make, AI-assisted prototyping, or design automation tools) to speed up ideation, prototyping, or iteration
