Product Designer

AI overview

Drive product design initiatives that enhance user experiences for 11+ million learners through innovative solutions at one of Greece's largest SaaS companies.

At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold: To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we’ve been doing just that for more than a decade, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that’s both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 11+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), TalentCards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape clear, scalable, and thoughtful digital product experiences. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, from understanding problems and exploring solutions, to delivering high-quality UI and interaction design that ships to production. As part of the Product Design team, you’ll report directly to the Product Design Lead and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders. You’ll contribute to product decisions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts to final UI and handoff.
  • Use Figma to create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design system components.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the product.
  • Translate product requirements and user needs into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction patterns.
  • Own design solutions within your product area, from problem definition to delivery, measuring success through usability, adoption, and product impact.
  • Apply user-centered, accessible, and usability-driven design principles.
  • Participate in user research activities such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
  • Interpret research findings and product data to inform design decisions.
  • Use AI-powered tools to support design work (e.g. ideation, UX exploration, content drafts, research synthesis, accessibility checks, or faster iteration).
  • Document designs clearly, including interaction states, edge cases, and handoff details.
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Product Designer, you should have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline supporting user-centered and digital product development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Figma for UI design, prototyping, and contributing to design systems.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.
  • A strong eye for visual design, including layout, hierarchy, typography, and consistency.
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design.
  • Comfort using research insights, feedback, and basic product metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in the design process (e.g. ideation, UX writing, rapid prototyping, and exploration).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional product teams.
  • Attention to detail and a pragmatic balance between quality and delivery speed.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (mandatory).

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS or B2B products.
  • Experience with LMS platforms or other management systems (HR, CMS, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience designing or contributing to AI-powered product features.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or product-led teams.
