As a Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our products. You will work closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to turn complex requirements into elegant, usable solutions that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
This role combines UX thinking, UI design, and strong collaboration skills, with a focus on data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud apps
- Prototyping: ability to create low-to-high fidelity prototypes
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Ability to articulate design decisions using user data and business context
Responsibilities
Product & UX Design
- Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products
- Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Create clear interaction patterns and intuitive information architecture
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across the product ecosystem
User Research & Validation
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Turn insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define problem statements and success metrics
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Product Managers to shape product vision and roadmap
- Partner with Engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented
- Participate in agile rituals (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
Design Systems & Quality
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI libraries
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
- Continuously refine design standards and best practices
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or complex B2C/B2B products
- Familiarity with AI tools: Figma Make, Loveable, Gemini, Midjourney, or others
- Skills in UI motion design with tools like Rive, Lottie, After Effects, or Cinema 4D
- Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics
