What We are looking for 

As a Product Designer at Novibet in Athens, Greece, you will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing our product, delivering a top-notch user experience and making a significant impact on our product to drive innovation in the gaming industry!

What you will work on

• Design user-centric and visually engaging solutions including wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups with strong visual storytelling, for the Casino product
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Actively help with the user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering to inform and validate user-oriented design decisions
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, metrics, industry trends or patterns, and business requirements
• Ensure design quality, consistency and seamless user experiences across different platforms and devices
• Provide detailed hand-off to developers as well as thorough annotations to the designs with clear specifications and optimized assets
• Work closely with developers to ensure that they have a comprehensive understanding of the designs, interactions, and/or animations as well as ensure accurate implementation of the designs at pre and post launch stages
• Collaborate with the design and developer teams to expand and maintain the design system and reflect our brand values to the product

What you bring

• Proven track record as a Product Designer, with 2-4years of experience designing digital products

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout, iconography, motion/interaction) alongside user-centered design methodology
• Experience designing across multiple platforms (Web, Android, and iOS)
• Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations
• Proficiency in Figma or any other industry-standard design tool.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach, user-centered design, and user research methodologies
• Familiarity with the gaming industry or related domains is a plus.
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
