We’re looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership quickly. You don’t need a specific number of years, but you should be able to run with a problem end-to-end with light guidance, and ship high-quality work in a product team.
NB! This is a full-time, permanent employment role (not contract).
Own design projects from discovery through delivery across web and mobile
Create thoughtful, high-quality UI that elevates and evolves our design system
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions
Contribute to a culture of testing and user research, balancing delivery timelines with quality insights
Champion accessibility and inclusive design in everything we ship.
A portfolio with shipped product design work (features, flows, or systems). In-house or agency is fine, as long as it’s product work over time, not only marketing websites.
You can work independently after onboarding and take a problem from early exploration to a solution that ships.
Strong UI craft and comfort making detailed design decisions.
Fluency in Figma and confidence working with an established design system.
Experience designing for web and mobile, or clear depth in one with the ability to stretch into the other.
Clear communication: you can explain trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and align PM, engineering, and stakeholders.
You test, learn, and iterate when it matters, without blocking delivery.
If your portfolio is mainly website projects, this role is probably not the right match.
