The Role
CMG works with some of the world’s largest and most complex financial institutions. In this role, you will own feature-level UX design across both existing and new product areas. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to design clear, efficient experiences for complex workflows and data-heavy products, while contributing to discovery and validation and driving execution through delivery.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with PMs and Engineering on designing and refining features
Improve clarity, usability, and consistency of existing workflows
Partner with PMs on discovery, research and ideation
Translate complex requirements and datasets into intuitive user flows
Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
Prepare designs for development and support engineering during implementation
Qualifications
2–4 years of product/UX design experience
Experience with complex products (B2B, SaaS, analytics, enterprise, etc.)
Strong interaction design skills
Comfortably owning defined features end-to-end
Experience collaborating with engineering
Proficient in Figma and familiar with working in design systems
Able to clearly explain design decisions
