Responsibilities
Working with Product manager and other designers to identify and drive design opportunities by connecting the dots between user and business needs for Binance Fiat and P2P product.
Develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
Apply design thinking methodologies to create globally appealing, user-friendly designs.
Participate in design reviews, offering expert insights and suggestions.
Work end-to-end by identifying opportunities, establishing the vision, and working with engineering to deliver high quality, robust solutions.
Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience.
Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
Deliver detailed, robust UI design solutions, and work directly with engineering to to ensure a high quality product.
Develop strong rationale for design decisions, and articulate your perspective.
Nice to have
Educational background: have a degree in graphic design, HCI，visual arts or related field.
Communication skills: posses strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, open to learning and constructive feedback.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
